توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيف تقوم "منصة لفيف سوشل" ("المنصة"، "نحن"، "لنا"، أو "خاصتنا") بجمع واستخدام ومشاركة وحماية المعلومات الشخصية عند استخدامك لموقعنا الإلكتروني، وتطبيقنا المحمول، وخدماتنا الرقمية (ويشار إليها مجتمعة بـ "الخدمة"). باستخدامك للمنصة، فإنك توافق على جمع واستخدام المعلومات وفقاً لهذه السياسة وبما يتوافق مع قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الإلكترونية في سوريا الصادر عام 2024.

1. المعلومات التي نجمعها

  • بيانات الاستخدام: نجمع معلومات تلقائية تشمل: عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت (IP)، نوع الجهاز والمتصفح، الصفحات التي زرتها، التفاعلات مع الفعاليات والمجموعات، وتاريخ ووقت الدخول.
  • بيانات المدفوعات: في حال اشتراكك بخدمات مدفوعة أو شراء تذاكر فعاليات، قد نقوم بجمع بيانات الدفع اللازمة لمعالجة المعاملات (تُعالج هذه البيانات عادةً عبر بوابات دفع آمنة تابعة لأطراف ثالثة).

2. كيفية استخدام معلوماتك

نستخدم المعلومات التي نجمعها للأغراض التالية:

  • تقديم وتشغيل وصيانة المنصة وتسهيل مشاركتك في المجموعات والفعاليات.

4. التزامات منظمي الفعاليات تجاه بياناتك

وفقاً لشروط استخدام المنصة، يتعهد أي منظم يحصل على بياناتك الشخصية من خلال "لفيف سوشل" بألا يعالجها إلا لغاية مشروعة ومحددة تتعلق بالفعالية، وبما يتفق مع قانون حماية البيانات لعام 2024. ويلتزم المنظم بتأمين هذه البيانات وحذفها متى انتفت الحاجة إليها.

5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وأمنها

نحتفظ بمعلوماتك الشخصية فقط للمدة اللازمة لتحقيق الأغراض الموضحة في هذه السياسة، أو للمدة التي يفرضها القانون السوري. نتخذ تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية صارمة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرح به أو التعديل أو الإتلاف، إلا أنه لا يوجد نظام نقل عبر الإنترنت آمن بنسبة 100%.

6. حقوقك كمستخدم

Organizers must secure this data and delete it when it is no longer needed.
